Since we are a third party, we can give you the security that we will provide an unbiased opinion about a potential property, and unlike a normal inspection, we will be able to point out positive aspects about a home.
Our contractor will personally walk through the home with you, the client, and give you a written evaluation on the home’s current conditions, potential problems, and also advantages to the property. During the evaluation our contractor will discuss findings with you and will be available after the evaluation for you to contact if you have any further questions or need any clarification. There is no commitment for Cutting Edge to perform any work and the consultation is at a minimal cost. This is different from a regular home inspection whereas an inspector is only looking for specific problems that might affect loan qualification or lender liability.
